Teaching Experience
Technology Strategy (Spring 2023 & Spring 2025): Teaching Assistant for Prof. Dan Wang
One of the most popular MBA courses in the school. I supported Prof. Wang by giving students direct feedback on their assignments and final projects, organized small-group lunches and coffees, and helped integrate a popular educational AI tool, CAISEY, into the inaugural cohort.
Strategy Formulation (Fall 2023): Teaching Assistant Prof. Vanessa Burbano)
The core strategy course offered by the school. I supported Prof. Burbano by helping integrate current events into the coursework and offering students direct feedback on their assignments and final exam.
2026 Lead Teaching Fellow — Columbia University
Selected for a competitive, university-wide fellowship supporting doctoral and MFA students committed to advancing teaching across the university. As a Fellow, in the upcoming 2026-2027 academic year, I will take part in pedagogy-focused discussions and workshops with peers, and design and lead teaching-related workshops of my own.
Stanford Latino Entrepreneurship Initiative (2019–2021): Guest Lecturer
Delivered a lecture to two cohorts of approximately 70 founders each year. The lecture translated key takeaways from my ongoing research on Latino entrepreneurship into actionable insights the entrepreneurs could apply to scaling their businesses. Attendees noted that they enjoyed learning about trends in Latino entrepreneurship and found the lecture encouraging and engaging, and that it helped them surface blind spots in their own approaches to scaling.
Econometrics (Spring 2016): Course "Mentor" (equivalent to a Teaching Assistant) for Prof. Mark Montgomery
Led weekly review sessions on topics covered in class and assisted students through one-on-one and group tutoring. I also designed supplementary problem sets and conducted workshops on topics students commonly found difficult, with the goal of simplifying complex concepts. I helped students develop their final projects and obtain data for their ideas.
Math Lab (2014–2015): Tutor
Tutored students by appointment across Calculus I & II, Linear Algebra, and Applied Statistics.
Economics of Innovation (Fall 2014 & Fall 15): Course Mentor serving Prof. Bradley Graham
